The moment you walk through the door your assigned Personal Trainer will guide you through your custom-designed workout program. Teaching you from Basic to Advanced “how to” master the technique of weight training, weight reduction, and muscle development. Best results have been proven to occur most often doing one-on-one personal training.

Couples and Group Personal Training…

…can be just as effective as one-on-one training. Personal training sessions are one hour in duration. Therefore, usage of time is your most important factor. Your Personal Trainer will teach you “how to” best utilize your time doing Couples and Group Personal Training.

By Training in Couples and Group sessions, you can share the time, motivation and costs with friends, family and new acquaintances while reaching your fitness goals.
