Couples and group Training
Can be just as effective as one-on-one training, by training as a group or couple you can share the time, motivation and cost with friends, family, and new acquaintances while reaching your fitness goals. Personal training sessions are one hour long therefore good usage of time is important. Your personal trainer will teach you how to best utilize your time while still reaching your goals.
Boot Camp
Consist of a combination of weight training and cardio exercises designed to keep your heart rate up and maximize fat annihilation while also building muscle. Includes gym membership. Every Mon., Wed. & FRI. @ 6 pm. FIRST CLASS IS FREE, NO STRINGS ATTACHED.
